What on earth does this have to do with powder coating I also hear you ask? Bear with us – it’s not as much of a stretch as you think. Some truly innovative thinking from Kaspar Manufacturing came up with the Cooler Rest. Essentially it’s a cooler seat backrest that transforms your ice chest into a comfortable cooler seat with the addition of a stylish backrest. Simple genius!
There’s some thought gone into this too - even with the cooler seat in place, the cooler will open and close normally, and the backrest easily attaches and detaches for travel or storage. Cooler Rest went through a comprehensive development process to make sure that comfort was a priority – there’s even a specific degree of bend to make it a very natural, comfortable way to sit.
So where does the powder coating come in? Well some innovative thinking requires some innovative powders, and IFS Coatings powders were chosen to protect and decorate the metal frame and back rest
